  • In ChatDlg, dispatch encryption error notices as HTML system messages
    instead of plain text appendSysMsg so is
    rendered as an icon instead of being escaped as literal XML text.
  • Add documentation on OMEMO stanza decryption failure causes (missing
    device key from stale PEP cache, MAM catch-up on historical stanzas,
    unestablished sessions, unsupported profiles).
